Professional Baseball Players
- Part 2
"This program has helped me in many ways. Through the use of this program I have learned how to tap into a deeper level of concentration needed whenever I step up to the plate. It allows me to control my inner thoughts so that I may allow my muscles to fully operate and bring my performance level to its full potential. I felt like this program has brought my performance level from average to great as shown in the tremendous amount of progress I have made as a professional in this season alone. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to raise their level of play on and off the baseball field."
Daryl Jones
St. Louis Cardinals,
2008 Minor League Player of the Year
“Overall, the message of the program really benefits me because it allows me to understand and experience that the ability that God has given me is enough to get the job done. Their drills allow my true ability to rise to the surface. I feel that I am getting better with each outing and I know where to look when I need to reset the clock when I am a little off.”
Adam Ottavino
St. Louis Cardinals,
2006 1st Round Draft
"This past summer, Buddy and his partner worked me through a one hour session of their exciting new program. As a former Major League Baseball player and teammate of Buddy's, we all have searched for that key to playing the game (any sport) "in the zone." We all have experienced it at times, but very, very few can actually STAY in the zone on a consistent basis. It seems to come and go for most of us. After just one hour of training, I'm convinced these guys hold the keys to quantum leaps in athletic performance."

“Prior to working with Buddy and Steve, my first year in minor league baseball was a rollercoaster! I was emotionally and physically up and down, like a rollercoaster. My approach towards the game was very inconsistent and it showed in the games. Some days I look and play like an all star and other times I look the exact opposite. Physically I was suffering neck pain due to all the tension, anxiety, and stress I was experiencing. And on top of that I was having trouble sleeping at night.
Unfortunately, I met those guys during the last couple weeks of my season, but meeting with them has impacted my life and more importantly my career in the best way. As I began to work with them I noticed many things. For instance my body felt relaxed and my mind was clear. And I also noticed after hitting a full bucket of baseballs, I was not sweating up a storm like I usually do or being as tired.
Buddy and Steve’s program works. Shifting and changing my priorities while I play, helped me free my mind and body on the playing field. My body and hands felt more relaxed, but at the sometime more explosive! And that allowed my bat speed to be much quicker. My teammates and coaches noticed a huge difference in my body language and how I carried myself on the field. I was playing with a lot more confidence and a little bit of swag.
I look forward to working with those guys again!” Carlos Pupo - St. Louis Cardinal Minor League player
"In a few years this program will be part of baseball just like weight training is"
